facing the sea, a beautiful place, discreet and intimate, quiet, only six suites with swiming pool, the center of Perissa is a few minutes walk, a great welcome from Sissi, the room is spacious and the breakfast delicious, a nice place to stay

Nous avons passés 5 jours inoubliables sur cet île et grâce à l’hôtel aussi. Il est super, piscine privée, piscine commune, plage à 30 sec, le personnel est adorable, petit clin d’œil à Cici qui a été extraordinaire, elle se plie en 4 pour vous satisfaire et est d’une extrême gentillesse. L’endroit est très bien placé. N’hésitez pas, c’est cet hôtel qu’il vous faut !

We spent a wonderful time in the Black Rose Suite. There is nothing to complain about, everything was wonderful. The whole staff is very courteous and dedicated. Sissi is a very nice hostess. It was very nice to enjoy breakfast on the private terrace. Although the houses are close together, you have enough privacy. Very nice is that you can walk directly to the sea. And there are good restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was amazing, great choices, any time requested. Cleaner worked so hard constantly keeping the whole property clean at all times. Nothing was too much trouble from Sissy or the other guys.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cette hôtel et nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Le personnel de l’établissement est adorable et à l’écoute. La chambre est superbe avec terrasse et piscine privée. Tout les matins le petit déjeuné est servi sur votre terrasse au calme . L’hôtel dispose d’une plage privée et d’un beach bar. Au niveau de la situation géographique : éloigné de Fira et Oia mais facilement accessible si vous louer un scooter ou autre. Juste devant l’hôtel vous avez une rue commerçante avec restaurants et boutiques .

The rooms and facilities are absolutely amazing. Private pool and close to the beach. Sissy and her staff are fantastic and will help you with anything you need.

We stayed for 7 nights and absolutely loved it; already planning to come back. Wrapped up in truly authentic Greek decor, with the breakfast by the private pool was like our little heaven. True rocknrolla of the place was Sissy who’s smile, approachability and great energy made our holiday even more special. Highly recommend is fantastic massage by Stelios and/or yoga class by the pool. We felt at home away from home!

Tout ! La chambre avec immense piscine privée, le calme du lieu, la taille de la chambre, les petits déjeuners face à notre piscine privée, la gentillesse du personnel, en particulier Sisy qui a été géniale tout au long du séjour. La baignoire dans la salle de bain, la literie, etc etc.

Het is een super mooi klein hotel, er zijn ongeveer maar 6 kamers! Enorm mooie kamers met eigen zwembad. Het personeel was enorm aardig en regelde alles voor je. Helaas verbleef ik hier begin oktober en was het te merken dat het binnenkort dicht ging. Alles werd al voor je neus ongeveer weg gehaald van strand bedjes tot aan de zwembad bar die dicht ging. Het is dus geen aanrader om hier te verblijven in de maand oktober. In het hoogseizoen is dit zeker wel een aanrader! In de zomer is er ook meer open op het strand en zijn alle restaurantjes ook nog open. Nu was alles vrijwel al dicht...
